Property prices have risen 3.6% since the first lockdown

The average value of real estate located in Hauts-de-Seine increased by 3.6% during the health crisis linked to the coronavirus. This is less than the strong increase observed at the national level, which amounts to 10.3%. On the other hand, it is a stronger growth than that which was recorded in Paris, indicates the site MeilleursAgents.com, relayed by News Hauts-de-Seine.

In the capital, housing prices fell by 3.4% over the same period. Such a phenomenon had not occurred since 2016. The upward trend in the prices of housing sold in Hauts-de-Seine since 2020 is not unique within the Ile-de-France region.

An observable phenomenon elsewhere

Other Ile-de-France departments have also experienced an increase in average real estate prices in their territory. The figures for Hauts-de-Seine are also the lowest in the inner suburbs. The increase reached 5.7% in Val-de-Marne and 4.4% in Seine-Saint-Denis in 24 months.
