Renault: the group wants to increase its employees by 110 euros net per month

This is good news for Renault employees. The Group decided to increase the number of its employees and give them all a bonus at the beginning of 2023 as part of the mandatory annual negotiations (NAO).

According to Agence Radio France, confirmed by Le Parisien, the company intends to offer trade unions a 7.5% increase, which includes individual and collective pay increases as well as bonuses for all employees. On average, this represents an increase of 110 euros per month over the course of a year, Renault assured.

Purchasing Power Bonus

Among the bonuses awarded, in addition to profit sharing, the automotive group provides a purchasing power support bonus.

These proposals have been made to the unions, who now have a week to approve them. Knowing that no matter what happens, the company can decide to apply these measures without checking them.

Management and unions met twice as part of the mandatory annual talks, the first time at the end of December and the second time this Thursday.
