Do you plan to give Pokémon cards to your children under the tree?

Charizard, Raichu or Smogogo… Pokémon cards go through the ages without taking a single wrinkle. And this year again, they should be among the stars at Christmas. Collectors are also willing to pay a high price to catch them all, and this passion sometimes attracts fraudsters. A collection of 103 cards was sold for 750,000 dollars in the United States last January. But this year, two big obstacles stand in the way of the dreams of hundreds of thousands of children: shortages and inflation.

Victims of their own success, many Pokémon cards are simply not found in stores. And in this period of rising prices – especially energy prices – many households’ budgets are tighter.

In this context, how do you plan to combine the consuming passion of your children (or those around you) for Pokémon cards and your unlimited budget? How much are you willing to spend? Do you plan to go through the Internet to find resold card boxes? How do you plan to tell your child that Santa Claus will not be able to satisfy all the cravings for cards this year? Tell us !
