The Shelby family will bid farewell as summer approaches. As Netflix announced in a press release this Thursday, the sixth and final season of Peaky Blinders (whose trailer is to be discovered here) will be posted on June 10 on the platform. In the United Kingdom, its broadcast began on February 27 on the BBC. The first episode also paid tribute to Helen McCrory, who died of cancer last year.
If the fans will find the familiar faces of the series, Cillian Murphy, Paul Anderson or even Sophie Rundle, new faces will also appear for this last burst of episodes. As Allociné reports, actor Conrad Khan and actress Amber Anderson will join the cast.
So it’s almost time to turn the page Peaky Blinders, or almost. As revealed last fall Steven Knight, the creator of the series, the universe of the program should be extended in a film. No date has been revealed at this time.
