“Everyone returns, the musical” returns to the stage to celebrate 25 years of Preludio

Within the framework of the reactivation of events in the country, the theater reopens its doors, Preludio Cultural Association officially announces its return to the stage with “Everyone Comes Back, a musical for the Reunion”whose season runs from May 12 to July 3 at the Municipal Theater of Lima.

With a cast led by Erika Villalobos, Emilia Drago, Miguel Álvarez, Sandra Muente, Andrés Salas, Gustavo Mayer, Mónica Dueñas, Miluska Eskenazi, Alfredo Valente, Edwin Vásquez and a great cast of actors and dancers led by Raúl Romero and Sandra Begué. All under the direction of Carlos Galiano and the general production of Denisse Dibos.

The work is a tribute to history through the most emblematic songs of our music with original musical arrangements by Cesar Vega. The musical will feature iconic themes by masters such as Cesar Miro Quesada, Augusto Polo Campos, Victoria and Nicomedes Santa Cruz, Manuel Casazola, Raúl García Zárate, Arturo Cavero, Andrés Soto and many more.

Songs like “Everyone returns”, “Hate me for pity I ask you”, “Cholo soy”, “Mal paso”, “El Condor pasa”, “La jarana de colón” and “El tamalito”, among others will be some of the pieces that we can enjoy staged by the talented singers and actors of the house.

“This is the way in which theater reminds Peruvians that we can get up a thousand times, and this musical in particular speaks to us today about embracing our differences as Peruvians and celebrating our diversity.” said Denisse Dibós, director of Prelude.

“Todos Vuelven, A musical for the Reunion” is a staging that presents the great moments of our history from the conquest to independence, through various characters such as Atahualpa, Pizarro, La Perricholi, the covered ones from Lima, Don José de San Martin, among others.
