Why won’t BTS attend the 2022 Billboard Music Awards?

According to the South Korean media, BTS would be making adjustments and practices for their long-awaited comeback with their new compilation album “Proof.” The Billboard Music Awards 2022 will take place less than a month before the long-awaited return, which could intersect with Bangtan’s schedule. It should be noted, the extent and complexity of Bangtan Sonyeondan’s preparation for each new album and different presentations that include promoting the material.

Among the ARMY fandom it is rumored that the preparations for the comeback and other issues would be preventing Bangtan from attending the renowned award ceremony, however; the reason has not been confirmed by any 100% reliable source.
