“Three stories of the sea”, a work by Mariana de Althaus, returns to the Mocha Graña theater

Would you be willing to fulfill your mother’s last wish and live with two perfect strangers? This is the conflict that exposes the work “Three stories of the sea”, by the Peruvian playwright Mariana De Althaus, which arrives at the Mocha Graña de Barranco theater for three unique performances: June 28, 29 and 30 at eight o’clock at night.

After the death of their mother, Ananú invites her older sisters, Vania and Josefina, to live together and share the beach house that their late mother has inherited. But convincing them will not be easy, because neither Vania nor Josefina know of the existence of their two sisters and they are unaware of the blood bond that unites them.

The cast includes the participation of Nazaret Ortiz (Ananú), Isabel Chappell (Vania) and Michella Chale (Josefina), in addition to the direction of Javier Guerrero.

The production is in charge of a group of students from the last cycles of the Faculty of Performing Arts of the PUCP, a creative team that works to provide a scenic experience that portrays ways of coping with grief and that shows us the impact of this on our lives.

Ticket pre-sale starts this June 6 through Joinnus at 25 soles.
