The well-known group Sonora Páez will perform this Friday, June 25, to offer a concert very special with Cuban son and jazz. Trumpeter Abel Páez will be in charge of the show that will take place at the Crocodile Green in Miraflores.
Within the repertoire for this next concert there are songs from the Buena Vista Social Club, boleros and other rhythms that the entire audience will enjoy. “Returning to Cocodrilo Verde is, for us, like returning home; and this time is no different. We will make the public dance with all our talent and energy, especially this last Saturday of June where we will have a double presentation”, commented the trumpeter in a press release.
It should be remembered that Abel Páez is a renowned musician, graduated from the National School of Music and the Higher Institute of Arts in Havana (Cuba). Likewise, he held the position of first trumpet in the Lima Philharmonic Orchestra.
In addition, Páez has collaborated with prominent national artists such as Gian Marco, Miky Gonzales, Christian Meier and Eva Ayllón, among others.
