‘American Circus’ returns to Peru: the circus of yesterday, today and forever

The circus has been part of our lives from ancient times to the modern age. Throughout history, the circus, as an agglutinator of artistic manifestations, has had the role of safeguarding tradition, while at the same time being the catalyst for the new avant-garde.

This is the case of ‘American Circus’, remembered by generations for its placement in the famous Carpa Grau for many years. After a successful continental tour, he returns to Peru to perform an unmissable show from July 14 to August 30 at the Jockey Club of Peru (Plot H, Esplanade YOY South – Gate No. 1).

Considered the most important circus chain in Latin America, the technical and aesthetic level of its proposal have made it a benchmark for traditional circus and this year will be no exception. Today it is a new international show with more than 30 artists on stage with spectacular acts from all over the world, beautiful dancers, acrobats, trapeze artists, tightrope walkers, and with the best clowns, accompanied by a live orchestra.

‘American Circus’ It has large and modern lighting, sound and special effects equipment, which will make the show magical and promises to make adults and children delirious with emotion under its gigantic tent.

FUNCTIONS

The functions of ‘American Circus’ will be every day from July 14 to August 30 from Monday to Friday at 5:30 pm and 8:30 pm. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays 11:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m., 5:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Tickets are already on sale at Teleticket and at the circus box office.
