The Peruvian singer Ivan Farias received the “Grandeza Hispana International Awards” in the category “International Artistic Excellence” in Mexico.
The event recognizes Mexican and foreign artists, communicators and figures who promote art and culture in Aztec lands.
The national artist took to his Instagram account to thank the organization and Sony Music Spain for recognizing his career.
“Thank you ‘Grandeza Hispana International Awards’ for recognizing my career. To my manager Elizabeth Panta for trusting in my talent together with P&Z Star Music to Sony Music Spain for the diffusion of my music”the musician wrote on his social networks.
Celebrities from the Mexican industry were also honored at the Grandeza Hispana International Awards, such as leading actors Ignacio López Tarso and Jacqueline Andere, telenovela producers Carla Estrada and Nicandro Díaz. In addition, a posthumous tribute was made to the actress Carmen Salinas.
