About the movie

“Don’t Worry, Honey” is directed by Olivia Wilde from a screenplay by Katie Silberman based on a story by Carey Van Dyke, Shane Van Dyke (“Chernobyl Diaries”) and Silberman.

“Don’t Worry Honey” is the second feature film for Wilde, who gained recognition with the comedy “Booksmart” (“Night of the Nerds”). The film stars Florence Pugh (Oscar-nominated for “Little Women”), Harry Styles (“Dunkirk”), Gemma Chan (“Crazy Rich Asians”), KiKi Layne (“The Old Guard”) and Chris Pine (“A date with the past”).

The film tells the story of a young married couple. Alice (Florence Pugh) and Jack (Harry Styles) are lucky enough to live in the idealized community of Victoria, an experimental town where the men who work for Project Victoria live with their families. The project’s CEO, Frank (Chris Pine), is a corporate visionary who maintains a classic 1950s upbeat attitude, coupled with all the utopian aspects of daily life in the desert.

Alice can’t help but wonder exactly what they’re doing in Victoria, and why. This situation exposes glimpses of something much more sinister that hides behind an attractive facade. And that is what we will discover in the little more than two hours of footage that she has “Don’t worry, honey.”
