Comedian Cachay debuts as a dramatic actor in the video for “Ruge la Ciudad”, the new single from Bala Perdida

José Luis Cachay or simply ‘Cachay’ is one of the most popular comedians in Peru. Now he decided to take the big step and made his debut as a dramatic actor in “Ruge la Ciudad”, the latest video clip of the national rock band Lost bullet. This bet surprises everyone, since he was never seen in this acting facet.

“I don’t just know how to make you laugh”expressed ‘Cachay’. “I welcomed the arrival of this project, which surprised me because of the message it had. I felt comfortable, since I I showed that I could also do more complex roles like this. It worked and now we hope it will be a reason for reflection due to the issues it touches on”, Indian.

“Ruge the City” contains several messages that encourage reflection in this society where people only think of themselves. First, denounces the indifference of people towards mental health. In addition, it exposes the harsh and disastrous reality of femicides.

At a technical level, the video for “Ruge the City” was directed by Darien McFly (Melies Crea) and Jorge Cárdenas. It was produced by Carlos Marroquin and the musical production, mixing and mastering was in charge of Giovanni Lama, founder of the mythical band Epilepsia.

Bala Perdida was formed at the end of 2019. In its beginnings, it was born from the dream of returning to the original sound of rock with strong guitars, powerful drums, bloody and emotional lyrics, which Ángel Romano (lead guitar) had. For this, he met with his friend from adolescence Jorge Zagal (bass player).

The musician, in turn, invited his school friend, Enrique Visaloth (vocalist), to join the band, with whom they previously had a band called Conejo Rosa. Then, through other friends of the band, Lucas Chirinos (drums) and Juan Diego Rodríguez (rhythm guitar) arrived.

They debuted with the single “Fuera de Control”, which is available on all digital platforms. This 2022 was their discovery, since they have played in different spaces in Lima and in provincial cities such as Huancayo and Oxapampa. At the beginning of the next year they will publish two more singles: “Volar” and “Caminos Separados”, since they want to close 2023 with their first EP.
