Through his official Instagram account, the Dominican singer addressed his Peruvian fans and regretted what happened, assuring that it is a situation that is out of his hands. Likewise, he said that he does not lose hope of returning to Peru.
“Dear public of Peru, we have every desire to offer you the best show today, November 23, but we have been informed that the arena has been closed down by the relevant authorities”said Juan Luis Guerra.
