After the closure of the Arena Perú due to the incidents that occurred on the first date of Juan Luis Guerra in Lima, the shows that were to be held in that place have had to change locations. Such is the case of Alex UbagoSpanish singer-songwriter who is moving his concert to the Plaza Arena this November 24.
As reported by the organization of the event, the concert of the interpreter of “I’m dying to meet you” will be held anyway this Thursday, November 24, but it will no longer be at the Arena Perú but will move to the Plaza Arena, also located in the district of Furrow.
In the same statement announcing the change of location, the production also confirmed that the areas and locations already acquired will be respected.
“Due to the closure of the Arena Peru for its last musical event we have been forced to change location to Plaza Arena del Jockey Club Puerta 4. We are waiting for you tomorrow (today) to enjoy the best songs by Álex Ubago from his 20-year-old tour”, said the statement on social media.
As is known, the second show that the Dominican singer Juan Luis Guerra and his band 4.40 was going to give in Lima on Wednesday, November 23, was suspended, after the Municipality of Surco decided to temporarily close the Arena Perú. After the temporary closure of the premises, the production of the Álex Ubago show decided to change locations.
“Yesterday (Tuesday, November 22) 14,000 people entered, which is why the respective measures have been taken. Today the complementary measure is applied so that it does not happen again and people’s lives are exposed. The venue will be temporarily closed. said Ronald Rojas, head of Supervision Operations of the Surco commune for Canal N.
