A reboot of “Quantum Code” could well see the light of day

Do you remember Code Quantum, the 1990s sci-fi series in which physicist Sam Beckett, played by Scott Bakula, travels through time to right the mistakes of the past? Well a reboot could well see the light of day as the actor entrusted it during a passage in the podcast of Bob Saget.

“There are very significant discussions about this at the moment. I do not know what it will give. I don’t know who will do it. It’s been a mess with rights for years. I don’t even know if anyone is currently dealing with it ”, declared the actor who, either did not want to say too much, or is really badly informed!

Nevertheless, Scott Bakula assures that the project is in the head of Donald P. Bellisario, the creator of the original series, for a long time even if it encounters a difficulty.

Not won

“He said to me, ‘I can’t write it without thinking about you and Dean [Stockwell alias, Al]”. And I said to him,” Think about me and Dean and write the show. Bring it all out. If you have an idea, write it down. I’m sure it will be great, ”continued Scott Bakula.

Nothing less certain, therefore, for this reboot of Code Quantum. However, here is an idea for Donald P. Bellisario if he ever runs out of inspiration: Scott Bakula and Dean Stockwell could go back in time to prevent the discontinuation of the series which ended in 1993 after five seasons. !
