Cuba Gooding Jr will be tried in February for touching

The trial was to be held in April 2020. It will finally take place in 2022. Cuba Gooding Jr will appear in court in New York next February for alleged acts of touching three women.

Since 2019, around 20 women have accused the 53-year-old American actor of forced touching or sexual harassment. He has also been the target since August 2020 of a civil complaint from a woman who accuses him of rape in a Manhattan hotel in 2013.

He rejects the accusations

Cuba Gooding Jr rejects all accusations. In theory, he risks imprisonment if he is found guilty.

The actor, star of Jerry Maguire, Oscar for Best Supporting Actor in 1997, was revealed by the film Boyz’n the Hood, the law of the streets. He recently played OJ Simpson in the miniseries American Crime Story.
