Emily in Paris had seen his titular character, more at ease in his life in France, travel to Saint-Tropez in the second season of the program. It is not yet clear where the sequel to the show will take the young American, but Darren Star, the creator of the series (and Sex and the City Where Melrose Place, among others), ends the shooting ofUncoupled for Netflix and should now focus on writing the sequel to the heroine’s adventures, according to Deadline. The publication specifies that other filming locations are being considered for the next season, such as London.

If it is extremely popular, the series is also very criticized, in particular for the clichés it conveys on France, and in particular on Parisians, presented as sexist lazy.
