Fans of the Cinematic Universe of Marvel (MCU for its acronym in English) will be able to enjoy -finally- the official trailer of the new series “Moon Knight”, which will star actor Oscar Isaac.
Marvel revealed -through social networks- that the launch of the trailer will take place this Monday, January 17. Here all the details.
Last Sunday, Marvel and Disney+ released a sneak peek of “Moon Knight,” featuring the first look at Isaac in his Moon Knight suit, which bears a resemblance to mummy bandages. Also, we see the mysterious villain embodied by Ethan Hawke.
The trailer for the long-awaited series -as it was known- will be revealed this January 17 during the Arizona Cardinals vs. Los Angeles Rams for the NFL Super Wild Card playoffs, the National Football League, which will be broadcast on ABC.
It should be noted that the sporting event is scheduled for 5:15 pm (Pacific time), which translates to 8:15 pm (Peruvian time); although, the exact time for the trailer release is not known.
What is “Moon Knight” about?
The new MCU series follows former US Marine Marc Spector, who has dissociative identity disorder (DID) and becomes embroiled in otherworldly supernatural conflicts when he becomes the conduit for the Egyptian god Khonshu. Thanks to his TID, Spector becomes the vigilante Moon Knight.
“Moon Knight” -directed by Mohamed Diab, Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead- does not yet have an official release date, but it is expected that this Monday it will also be known when the series will arrive on Disney +.
