The phenomenon had not yet affected Strasbourg, unfortunately it has now. As the gendarmes of Bas-Rhin report on their social networks, eight people indicated that they had been “stung” on Saturday evening during a concert by rapper PLK at the Zenith in Strasbourg. Still according to the gendarmes, a person was arrested at the end of the concert “but no element implicating the person concerned was held against him and he was left free”. The Bas-Rhin gendarmerie launched a call for witnesses on Tuesday.
An investigation was carried out jointly by the Gendarmerie Brigade (BTA) of Wolfisheim and the Research Brigade (BR) of Strasbourg. This is still in progress in order to “identify the perpetrator(s) of the facts”.
“Discretion is a guarantee of success”
Anyone with information to communicate on the facts is invited to contact the Wolfisheim gendarmerie on 03 88 78 20 19 or the Strasbourg research brigade on 03 88 37 51 82. The Bas-Rhin gendarmerie recalls that “discretion in this type of investigation is a guarantee of success and that the presumption of innocence is valid for all people”, after “comments, videos, photos” of the person arrested were broadcast on social networks.
