So are you a “breeder” or an “outsider”?

Rightly or wrongly, this question is often asked when it comes to penises because the world never gets enough of obsessing over their shape and size.

For the uninitiated, a “breeder” refers to a man whose penis enlarges significantly when erect. Whereas a “shower” is someone whose penis does not enlarge dramatically when aroused.

And now scientists have launched a study to find out which camp most men fall into.

Spanish urologists conducted the new research and presented their findings Sunday at the European Association of Urology Congress in Milan, Italy.

But these researchers didn’t just do it for fun. They are actually integrative urologists who are aware of the size variations in penile surgery.

“It’s important to be able to predict whether a patient is a grower or a rain shower, because when we see them, they’re usually limp,” said lead researcher Dr. Manuel Alonso-Isa in a statement. ‘

If they grow profusely when they get an erection, that may mean they need a different surgical approach than someone who is not growing profusely.”

For the study, ultrasounds were performed on 225 men in both a flaccid and erect state.

Males whose members grew from limp to erect by more than 56% were considered “breeders”.

At the other end of the spectrum were the men whose penises increased by less than 31% when they were hard. These were considered “showers”.

It turned out that about 24% of men were “raisers” while 25% of men were “farmers”.

However, it turned out that more than half of the men in the study were neither, sitting comfortably between the cultivator and douche categories.

The study found no association between age, weight, smoking habits, comorbidities and penile growth. So don’t worry, everyone is different – and that’s something to celebrate.

If you’re in a “mood,” it’s likely that, like the men in the study, you’ll have a longer penis when flaccid, about four inches on average.

Producers had smaller flaccid penises at 3.46 inches, but both categories had similarly sized penises when sexually aroused.

While there are no medical implications of being a “breeder” or “shower,” according to Professor Maarten Albersen, a urologist at the University of Leuven, Belgium, it can have psychological effects on many men.

But in short, you don’t have to worry about your penis size.
