Carrefour ham recalled throughout France

Ham sold at Carrefour has been recalled by the Rappel Conso site since Friday, due to the presence of Listeria monocytogenes (agent responsible for listeriosis). The product was offered to customers throughout France, in units of two, in Carrefour le Marché brand trays. This is a superior PSA cooked ham, manufactured without nitrite, skinned and defatted, produced by the Brocéliande ALH establishment.

The incriminated lot bears the number 1041939 and its use-by date is set at January 26, 2022. It was put on the shelves on January 12.

Do not consume the product

“People who have consumed the “products” mentioned above and who have fever, isolated or accompanied by headaches, and body aches, are invited to consult their doctor, notifying him of this consumption”, specifies the site. of the government. “Listeriosis is a disease that can be serious and whose incubation period can be up to eight weeks”.

People who bought the ham are invited not to consume it and to destroy it or bring it back to the store for a refund.
