We meet Meléndez at his Miraflores location and he tells us that Bar Capitán Meléndez has gone through some changes since the start of the pandemic. To adapt, they launched the Terraza del Capitán Meléndez, which now also has a high-quality Chiclayo food menu thanks to Walter Sánchez.
As he prepares the appetizer, he comments that one of the keys to preparing a good pisco sour is to have quality ingredients: good pisco and fresh, freshly squeezed lemon, to name a few. Be sure to watch the video to find out what you should keep in mind to do it at home.
