The “Sopitas to fight the cold” Festival will meet until Sunday, July 3 at the Malecón Grau de Chorrillos to the Common Pots Fuerza de Mujeres, Nutritiva, Dios Proveerá, Santa Rosita, Fuerza Mujer, Cerro de Pasco, La Milagrosa and Ayuda Social to offer the richest soup options for only 5 soles.
Added to the traditional chicken aguadito are menestrón, fish chupe, olluco chupe, morón soup, chicken broth, green soup and mote broth, a wide variety of traditional soups that provide essential nutrients for people of growth and old age.
The objective of this initiative organized by the Municipality of Chorrillos is to generate income and seed capital in order to self-manage the largest number of menus for vulnerable beneficiaries in their area.
The “Sopitas to fight the cold” Festival awaits all the public of 11 am to 4 pm at the Malecón Grau to enjoy broths and soups based on mote, chicken, mutton, beef, fish and a variety of vegetables.
