The fair whose concept is ‘That passion that unites us’ will be held from December 2 to 4 on the Explanada de la Segunda Playa de Mollendo. In addition, it was announced that 80 dishes from the regions of Arequipa, Cusco, Ica, Lambayeque, Lima, Moquegua, Puno, San Martín, Tacna, Tumbes and Ucayali will be offered. And it will also seek to promote gastronomic tourism as a decisive factor in generating a flow of tourists.

“Regional gastronomy is today a key offer that adds to the tourist attractions that each region can offer. Thinking about it, we will hold this fair in the city of Mollendo, located just 2:30 hours from the city of Arequipa. Thanks to the support of the Provincial Municipality of Islay, we will carry out an unprecedented event, where the Arequipa sea will create the perfect setting for families to enjoy a day in complete safety.”, said the head of PROMPERÚ.
