Cookies and cream cookies: the recipe that will make it impossible for you to eat just one

Ingredients

  • 200g butter with salt
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 3 cups plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 123gr chocolate biscuits filled with cream
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180°C. While the oven is heating up, in a bowl, lightly melt the butter until soft at room temperature and cream together with the white sugar and brown sugar. Add the eggs one at a time and continue beating, and the essence of vanilla. Then add the flour and baking soda. Finally, add the white chocolate chips and the crushed chocolate cookies. Portion with the help of an ice cream scoop or with the help of two spoons, and put in a baking pan with parchment paper. Try to leave 2 fingers or 3cm between each cookie as they will expand slightly once in the oven. Bake for 14 minutes, long enough to see the edges lightly browned; but, the center still soft. At the end of the time, remove from the oven and let rest on a rack until they cool slightly and serve.
