Plant Food + Wine

The first 100% ‘plant based’ haute cuisine restaurant in Lima has been around for a short time but has managed to captivate vegan and non-vegan palates. This proposal led by the Peruvian chef André Patsias Morales was born as a result of a trip he had and wanted to find a place in Peru that is totally based on vegetables, and that this would include all preparations as well as liquors and wines.

The dishes are definitely innovative. This restaurant offers a unique experience in Peru. You can find an anticucho made with mushrooms, a stuffed causa or a ceviche, flagship dishes of Peru, but that do not have inputs of animal origin. In this way, it becomes a restaurant that respects the biodiversity of our country, since it does not affect marine life, nor birds, nor land animals. If you are looking for a different experience that is friendly to the environment, this is the place for you.
