This is a good recipe to prepare with the kids and have a good time with the family. Also an opportunity to include some vegetables or foods that our children don’t normally eat. We prepare it on special occasions and the girls enjoy it a lot, they always feel proud of their preparation. Each one stretches his dough (we divide the dough for everyone, in 5) and we prepare our pizza with the ingredients that provoke us. We then shared to try all the pizzas.
Ingredients:
- 500 g. unprepared flour
- 20 g. yeast
- 250ml lukewarm water
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 2 or 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation:
Put the yeast in lukewarm water with the sugar and let it rest for approximately 15 minutes. Then place the flour in a container and make a hole in the middle and add the yeast mixture with water while they incorporate the mixture and form the dough. Then add the salt and olive oil and knead for about 5 minutes with the palm of your hand. Then let stand covered, in a warm place, for at least 1 hour or until doubled in size. Finally stretch the pizza dough and place a base of tomato sauce, mozzarella and whatever you want to put on it. Cook in a preheated oven at a high temperature until the edges are golden brown for approximately 22 minutes (it depends a lot on the oven and the thickness of the dough). Write down and enjoy the recipe.
