One of the simplest and most noble drinks is lemonade. original lemonade
Ingredients
- peel of 2 lemons
- 3 tz. sugar
- 5 tz. Water
- ice
- cherries
Preparation
Place the lemon peel, without the white part, in a pot. Add the sugar and the boiling water, and let it simmer over low heat for 15 minutes, until you get a honey. Strain and let cool. Bottle and store in a cool place. Apply the following proportion to serve: add two tablespoons of this honey to a glass of cold water and finish filling with ice cubes. Serve the lemonade and garnish the glass with cherries and spiral-cut lemon rinds. If you wish, you can add a little pisco or gin.
perfect lemonade
Ingredients
- 8 lemons
- 1 l iced sparkling water
- 4 tbsp. sugar
- 5 ice cubes
- 4 tbsp. Mint liquor
Preparation
Peel the lemons. Remove the white part, the seeds and cut them into quarters. Put them in a blender along with the sparkling water, sugar, ice cubes and mint liqueur. Blend at medium speed until well blended. serve.
Lemonade with strawberries and honey
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 liters of water
- 1/2 tz. sugar
- juice of 3 lemons
- zest of 1 lemon
- slices of 1 lemon
- 1 tz. sugar
- 1/2 kg. strawberries
- 2 tbsp. honey bees
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 slice of lemon
Preparation
Boil the water. Separately, in a heatproof pitcher, place the lemon juice, zest, slices, and sugar. Pour over the boiling water, cover with a cotton cloth and tie with thread or wick so that the jar is hermetically closed. When the drink is cold, serve in large glasses with crushed ice and add two tablespoons of strawberry honey in each one. To garnish, you can put some strawberries cut in half in the glasses. To make a strawberry honey, cook the strawberries with the honey, cinnamon, lemon and sugar. Boil until the mixture becomes syrupy. Then remove the lemon zest and cinnamon and save until when you need it.
