Summer is best enjoyed with a Chilcano in hand. This simple and refreshing formula – made up of pisco, ginger ale, a twist of lemon and ice – is what we need on these sunny days. This month, various venues offer promotions to enjoy drinks in company.

Palais Rooftop

Enjoy the sunset in downtown Lima with a classic chilcano, passion fruit or camu camu in hand. In this old house, inspired by the spirit of the mythical Palais Concert, you can get a promotion of 2 x S/. 39.
