Tangerine Keke: the easy and delicious recipe to prepare at home

Ingredients:

  • 6 small mandarins
  • 1/2 cup of oil of your choice
  • 1 cup brown or white sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups of unprepared flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • a pinch of salt

Preparation:

Place the tangerines in your blender, three with peels and three peeled, but without seeds with the oil, sugar and four eggs. Blend for about 3 minutes. Once the ingredients are blended, mix with two cups of flour without previously preparing sifted with two teaspoons of baking powder and a pinch of salt. Pour the mixture into a previously greased and floured mold. Take the mold to the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes, but always controlling because the power of the ovens are different.
