Ingredients:
- 6 small mandarins
- 1/2 cup of oil of your choice
- 1 cup brown or white sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups of unprepared flour
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- a pinch of salt
Preparation:
Place the tangerines in your blender, three with peels and three peeled, but without seeds with the oil, sugar and four eggs. Blend for about 3 minutes. Once the ingredients are blended, mix with two cups of flour without previously preparing sifted with two teaspoons of baking powder and a pinch of salt.
