We cook our pasta according to the instructions on the packaging. Press the tofu to remove excess water. Sauté the onion and garlic until lightly golden in the olive oil and margarine. In a blender we place the tofu, nutritional yeast, non-dairy milk, the onion and garlic sauce, lemon juice, pasta cooking water, salt and pepper. We blend until we see no lumps. Pour the sauce into the same frying pan and if it is too thick, add more water from cooking the pasta or non-dairy milk. Add the cooked pasta and mix. We serve with chopped vegetable ham and parsley.
