Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180 C. Cut the zucchini into slices or lengths and place it on a paper towel. Add salt and wait 15 minutes for all the liquid to drain away. Discard the paper towel and cut the zucchini. Mix the heavy cream with cream cheese and the seasonings in a frying pan over low heat for 5 minutes. Grease a mold and form layers of zucchini and sauce. Place cheese at the end and bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Garnish with parsley and enjoy. Advantage.
