Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Butter and flour a cake mold with a minimum diameter of 30 cm and set aside. In a bowl, beat the oil together with the two types of sugar. Add the eggs and the vanilla essence. Incorporate the dry ingredients. Finally, add the grated apples previously squeezed. Reserve the apple juice for the glaze. Bake for 45 minutes or until when punctured with a toothpick, it comes out clean.
