preparation:

[inicio-instrucciones]

The shells are placed in a row inside a source. In a bowl, mix the butter with the ground garlic, the lemon juice, salt, pepper and the previously blended basil (to give it a green hue). In another container the same is done, but at the end the liquefied beet is added in a small proportion (to give it the red tone). We will proceed to strain this preparation on top of each coral / shell with the help of two spoons on top of each one and add grated cheese. Afterwards, they are put in the oven for 10 minutes at 300 ° C, always observing that the cheese has melted and has that golden color. When they have obtained the desired color, we remove them from the oven and let them cool for about 5 minutes.

Recommendations:

  • Serve them hot
  • Let the cheese melt completely
  • Always check them to prevent the cheese from overcooking and getting tough
