Today throughout Lima the 487th anniversary of the founding of the capital is celebrated and, although there are many events to commemorate the date, being in the middle of the week it can be tedious to leave home. Therefore, and continuing with the spirit of celebration, Advantage brings together three really simple and delicious cocktail recipes. The protagonist of these drinks? Nothing more and nothing less than good pisco, perfect to accompany the toast.

Cocktail Algarrobina
Ingredients:

- 6 oz pure quebranta pisco
- 3 oz algarrobina
- 2 oz. syrup
- 8 oz evaporated milk
- 2 eggs
- 16 ice cubes
- cinnamon powder

Blend the pisco, algarrobina, rubber syrup, evaporated milk, eggs and ice cubes for eight to 10 seconds. Serve by straining into four previously chilled glasses. Decorate with the cinnamon powder.

Chilcano cherry
Ingredients:

- 1/2 tz. cranberry liqueur
- 1/4 cup pure pisco
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 3 cups dark soda
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 12 crushed ice cubes
- peel of 1 lime in strips

Pour the icing, pisco and sugar into a pitcher, stir well and add the soda, lemon juice and ice; mix with a wooden spoon and serve in tall glasses. Decorate with the lime peel.

- 2 oz Cinzano red vermouth
- 1 cocktail olive
