Sadio Mané received recognition in Senegal after winning the African Cup of Nations

“I would like, through this decision to give the name of Sadio Mané to the Stade de Sédhiou, to express the recognition of all the daughters and sons of the region, towards a man who makes Bambali and its regional capital known to all of humanity. , namely Sédhiou. Sadio Mané really deserves this honor”declared Adboulaye Diop, mayor of the city.

In addition, all the members of the campus receive the decoration of the ‘National Order of the Lion’.
