Ángelo Campos starred in a brawl with Alex Valera in Universitario vs. Alliance | VIDEO

The Universitario squad was a bit disorderly due to the partial disadvantage against Alianza Lima (0-2) and it does not have clarity in the attack. During one of the offensive plays by the ‘Creams’ that did not prosper, Alex Valera collided with Ángelo Campos and the action generated a brawl, which could finally be controlled.

The actions exceeded 38 minutes, when Hernán Novick leaked an aerial pass behind the defense of the La Victoria club. The receiver should have been Valera, but he arrived a few seconds later than the goalkeeper and, unable to stop himself, he ended up hitting him. The situation did not seem to reach majors.

However, Ángelo Campos was disgusted by the impact and went directly to face the goal scorer from Universitario, who was still lying on the grass. Immediately, the other players from each team intervened, there was no calm and Ángel Cayetano, midfielder for the ‘Creams’, was upset.

Referee Kevin Ortega tried to calm things down and moved everyone away, so that the match could continue its development. However, a few seconds later, there was another paralysis, this time due to an object thrown from one of the stands of the Monumental Stadium. The scene was not clear and only the Alianza Lima goalkeeper was seen fallen on the field.

Alex Valera returned to Ángelo Campos’ area, although this time he was moved away by Josepmir Ballón and Christian Ramos, while Pablo Míguez argued with Ángel Cayetano. The ‘U’ gunner asked the fans for calm, the situation was resolved and the actions resumed.
