Alianza Lima announced its new official mascot through its social networks

After the rout (4-1) against Universitario at the Monumental Stadium, Alianza Lima plans what will be the game on Saturday (3:30 pm) against Cantolao at Miguel Grau del Callo. The blue and white fans promised to encourage this duel from their homes, jobs or in the stands.

Now, the chant will grow in intensity as the team will have the encouragement of one more fan. The Victorian cast presented this Tuesday, through their social networks, their new official mascot called Gallo Negro, who wears the intimate shirt and carries a banner with the colors of the club.

“Black Rooster of Alianza Lima that in La Victoria dominates and dominates someone else’s corral”reads the description of the publication that went viral on Twitter and many supporters approved the arrival of this member.

“Get that design on a stuffed animal”, “I buy a t-shirt with that character”, “The mascot must be in all the games that the team plays at home”, “I want to take pictures with him” either “Take him to Matute to meet him”were some of the comments.

It is important to mention that, a few years ago, Alianza Lima had mascots such as Quintín or Alejo, the ‘Potrillo’. They always went to the stadiums to cheer on the Blue and White fans.

Alianza Lima and its duty in the Copa Libertadores

After the match against Cantolao, Alianza Lima will clash on Wednesday, April 27, against Fortaleza in Brazil for the third day of group F of the Copa Libertadores 2022. The blue and white club hopes to break a losing streak of 25 games without winning in international competition.
