Ecuador, after FIFA’s rejection of Chile, sent a message: “See you in Qatar”

The Ecuadorian team received pleasant news this Friday, after the announcement from FIFA of the dismissal of the complaint of the Chilean Football Federation against Byron Castillo, for the alleged use of false documents of his nationality. The opinion was celebrated in the ‘Tri’ and was reflected on social networks.

After the resolution was made official, the Ecuadorian representative did not hesitate to make some publications through Twitter. Initially, an emoji representing a shy laugh was observed, in a clear sign of the rejected accusation filed by the Chilean authorities.

Then, the Ecuadorian team used the image of Byron Castillo, the protagonist of the case, to send a message. “See you in Qatar”, was the text that accompanied a postcard of the 23-year-old soccer player, who made a sign of silence. The post quickly went viral.

Let us remember that the defender is under the orders of Gustavo Alfaro in the Ecuadorian team, which will play its last friendly this Saturday, June 11, against Cape Verde. Previously, Castillo played the second half with the ‘Tri’ in the victory against Nigeria (1-0) and was a substitute in the draw against Mexico (0-0).
