Lapadula with Icardi?: Serie A club looking to bring forwards together

the future of Gianluca Lapadula remains uncertain, the striker of the Peruvian national team is waiting for a team that will convince him to leave beneventoa club with which he still has a contract, however, it is no secret to anyone that the attacker wants to look for better options and be able to play in the A series.

A couple of weeks ago, Cagliari became interested in Gianluca, they were going to offer him a 3-year contract and a high salary, since the good time he was having with the Peruvian team and in Serie B deserved it.

However, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the negotiation for Lapadula stalled, since Benevento would ask for a couple of million for the striker’s pass, while Cagliari would have offered only one million.

Today, a new suitor appears for the ‘Bambino’, it is the Associazione Calcio Monza, a club recently promoted to the first division of Italian football. Silvio Berlusconi, current club president, is interested in signing Gianluca, according to Italian media.

Let us remember that Berlusconi and Lapadula already know each other, since he was one of those responsible for Milan signing him in 2017. Lapadula had just had a spectacular season with Pescara where he scored 30 goals in 46 games.
