The teams are already getting ready for League 1 2023 and, therefore, in recent days, renewals, departures and transfers have been made official. The Peruvian Football Federation (FPF) is also getting ready for the tournament and, in this sense, announced how the matches will be broadcast.
Jean Marcel Robilliard, general secretary of the sports entity, referred to the proposal of 1190 Sports, winner of the bidding process, to market the broadcast rights of the Liga1 clubs. He explained it that way in an interview with the media and that was published by the FPF on its website.
The representative of the governing body of Peruvian soccer pointed out that the distribution of the matches through more than one operator or platform is contemplated, as well as the creation of its own OTT. “It can be part of the offer of the different pay TV operators or work independently such as Brasileirao Play, LaLiga, UEFA.tv, AFA Play, etc.”it reads.
He also pointed out that, through its own channel, fans will be able to access Liga 1 football through an application with the transmission of the matches live. In the same way, you can enjoy special content, best goals, highlights, among others.
Along the same lines, the FPF explained that one meeting per date will be broadcast through the open signal. In addition, the 2023 League 1 commitments will have free radio rights.
