Christian Cueva: “I didn’t expect my debut to be with a defeat”

Lima Alliance fell 2-1 against Sport Huancayo on Sunday, March 20, for the ninth day of League 1 at the Huancayo stadium. The ‘Blanquiazules’ could not face the ‘Red matador’, who despite not going through a good moment after being eliminated from the Copa Libertadores, was able to overcome those led by Guillermo Salas.

In the weekend’s match, Christian Cueva made his official debut with the ‘Intimates’ in the season, ‘Aladino’ entered when his team was down on the scoreboard and he couldn’t do much to change the situation.

“Always the team very well. We did things well in a very difficult square. You have to turn the page and think about what’s coming. I am happy because Alianza trusts me and I trust this group. I have great time friends. A coach I know and is my friend. I’m very happy to hear it”Cueva declared for DirecTV.

“We are going to do our best for the institution. The fans receive us very well and I am happy. The only thing left for me is to prepare myself to give my best. I didn’t expect my debut to be with a loss, but it’s part of football.”he added.
