Peruvian tennis does not stop at Roland Garros and now it is Lucciana Pérez Alarcón who carries the racket with the national colors. The young woman is already in the round of 16 of the junior women’s draw after winning her second game yesterday.

The Peruvian surpassed the Czech Alena Kovackova (69 ITF) 6-3 and 6-1 to get into the top 16 of the youth tournament. It is worth remembering that ‘Lu’ is the sixth seed and currently occupies box 8 of the ITF (International Tennis Federation) women’s ranking.
