Reversing this decision is confusing and extremely frustrating, given the short delay, ”regretted the Scottish club. “It is incredible that three days after this decision and three days before the game, it is our supporters who are now going to be left out,” added the Scottish champions.

Violent behavior

According to LyonMag, the decree of the Ministry of the Interior, signed by Gérald Darmanin, considers “that the movements of the Rangers Football Club are frequently a source of disturbances to public order due to the violent behavior of certain supporters”. The “violent behavior manifested in the vicinity and in the enclosure of the stadium” of “certain supporters of the OL” is also singled out.
