According to the report, until a few years ago, television was an important source of news, but most of the main broadcasters registered losses this year. 84% obtain information using the Internet, including social networks. But 73% inform themselves through social networks.
On the other hand, the most used device for news is the smartphone (78%), above the tablet, the computer or the online payment system.
Now, what are the most used social networks by Peruvians? The report indicates that users have a preference for Facebook, YouTube and WhatsApp, the most used for news.
