There is even a format: “Weekly update, name, department and date”. In other words, workers will also have to spend time reporting their work in detail.

Is it a control to the maximum? This situation has generated criticism, and it is that workers must also include the projects they are working on, “code samples”, non-technical work summaries or some objectives of their work.

As detailed on the GenBeta page, Elon Musk has not only raised these types of requirements. He has also indicated among the Twitter staff his goal of improving the operation of direct messages on the social network.

Thus, the company would encrypt private messages and work to add encrypted video and voice calls between accounts. It also wants you to be able to send voice messages or private calls, which are things that its rivals have and this network lacks.
