Movano unveils a connected ring for people with chronic diseases

This is not the first time that a connected ring has been offered on the market. Indeed, the Finnish brand Oura had already paved the way in this direction. But, on the occasion of CES 2022, Movano presented its brand new connected ring model which should be available in its beta version in the second half of 2022.

The latter has several uses: thanks to sensors, it can count the steps, estimate the number of calories burned, measure the heart rate or calculate the quality of sleep. But, beyond that, it also has some more precise and advanced features, such as an estimation of the body temperature or the level of oxygen in the blood.

Easier data analysis

In addition, rather than having to dissect complex graphics, the user of the ring can easily read the information thanks to simply summarized data and, therefore, immediately detect any anomaly, by having a comparison at his disposal. certain criteria – such as, for example, the intensity of the heartbeat and the practice, or not, of a physical activity.
