CES 2022 closes its return to the presence with more than 40,000 attendees from around the world

The consumer electronics fair THOSE from Las Vegas (United States) has closed this year’s edition with more than 40,000 attendees to a show that regained presence, and which has been the stage where thousands of products have debuted.

CES 2022 opened its doors on January 5 and for four days it has hosted the presentations of “thousands” of products and services from more than 2,300 companies around the world, which have also had an exhibition at the fair, and among which were they include more than 800 emerging companies or ‘startups’.

These developments have been seen in eleven locations, both indoors and outdoors, and have revolved around artificial intelligence, automotive technology, digital health or the smart home, among other areas.

Consumer Technology Association (CTA), the association responsible for the fair, has highlighted that the return to presence “after almost two years”, due to the start of the coronavirus pandemic, has attracted more than 40,000 attendees from 119 countries, 30% from outside the United States.

The organization has informed in a statement that the fair will return to Las Vegas next year, from January 5 to 8, 2023.
