The Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) is 60 years old. On this occasion a conference on the theme “a recovery that brings about change” will take place on Monday morning at the headquarters of the OECD in Paris. Emmanuel Macron will make a speech there, before that of the Spanish Socialist Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez. Next, Jacinda Ardern, Prime Minister of New Zealand, and Iván Duque, President of Colombia, will intervene by video conference.

Politicians from all over 🌍 will celebrate the 60th anniversary of the signing of the OECD convention on December 14th.

At midday, the same day, Emmanuel Macron will meet at the Elysee Palace the President of the European Council, Charles Michel, the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, as well as Pedro Sánchez. The Secretary General of the OECD, Angel Gurria, will also participate in this working lunch, devoted “to the challenges for the OECD in the coming years”.
