Ukraine claims to have hit the Russian ship Moskva, the most important of the Black Sea Fleet, with a missile

Hours later, already in the early hours of Thursday, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that “As a result of the fire that hit the Moskva missile cruiser, the ammunition detonated. The ship was seriously damaged.”according to the agency Tass.

The statement added that all crew members had been evacuated safely, and that the causes of the “fire” are being investigated.
